Hint: Always try on shoes while on carpeted flooring.
Hard flooring may scuff your soles and exclude returns for supply faults.
Return Policy

We are so confident that Kitty Croquet shoes have a superior construction that we offer a full return credit for shoes supplied with a manufacturing fault. This means that if you receive a pair of faulty shoes we will correct or replace them totally at our expense.

Manufacturing faults include:
1. There is more than 10% difference in colour between each shoe in a pair.
2. The stitching has come apart within 30 days.
3. The sole has separated from the shoe within 30 days.
4. The heel has broken or come away from the sole within 30 days.

We will exchange shoes on a 1 for 1 basis for supply faults. Shoes must be returned in new condition for a supply fault. Shoes that have been worn outside or have visible wear in the foot bed or on the sole are not considered to be in new condition and will be returned to the customer at their cost. If replacement is not possible, a credit will be provided instead.

Supply faults include:
1. Shoes do not fit.
2. The style or size do not match what is ordered.
Conditions of returns for Manufacturing or Supply faults:
1. Faulty shoes must be received by Kitty Croquet within 14 days of supply of the shoes.
2. The customer must notify Kitty Croquet of the type and details of the fault claimed.
3. The shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for shoe boxes with shipping tape, address labels, or postage attached. Please send original shoe boxes in a postage bag or another box.
4. General wear and tear is not a manufacturing or supply fault and is not covered for return purposes.
5. Cost of shipping to Kitty Croquet is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Kitty Croquet reserves the right to assess the fault. Shoes that have been tampered with will be returned to the customer at their cost.
7. We offer credit or exchange, but not cash refunds.
